Thanks to our amazing community, corporate sponsors Conair and Cuisinart, and a strong kickoff event in Norwalk, this year’s Stamp Out Hunger Food Drive with the National Association of Letter Carriers was a huge success! Hundreds of food bags were collected across Stamford, Norwalk, Darien, New Canaan and Wilton. Now, we need volunteers to help sort and organize donations at our pantries. Not able to volunteer? You can still drop off food at our Norwalk or Darien sites. Thank you for helping feed our neighbors!

Stamp Out Hunger 2025: We’re making it happen!

Thanks to the incredible generosity of our community, and the hard work of local letter carriers, this year’s Stamp Out Hunger Food Drive was a powerful reminder of what we can do when we come together.

On Saturday, May 10, thousands of bags filled with food were collected across Stamford, Norwalk, Darien, and Wilton. Powered by national partners like the National Association of Letter Carriers and local sponsors Conair and Cuisinart, this one-day drive is a lifeline for families who rely on Person to Person’s food pantries every week.

But the work doesn’t stop at the mailbox. We still need your help.

Volunteer: Help us get food on the shelves

Now that the food is in, we need volunteers to help sort it—checking expiration dates, organizing items by category, and moving it into our pantry system efficiently. It’s physical, meaningful, and essential work that helps get food onto the shelves and into the hands of our neighbors.

Whether you can give a few hours this week or later this month, it all makes a difference.

Drop Off Food: Still Want to Donate?

/If you missed collection day, you can still contribute! Drop off non-perishable food donations at:

P2P Darien (1864 Post Rd): Mon–Fri 9am–4pm, Sat 9am–3pm

P2P Norwalk (76 S. Main St): Mon–Fri 9am–3pm

Every Can Counts. Every Box Matters.

From our kickoff event with local leaders to every bag left at a mailbox—this year’s Stamp Out Hunger campaign showed the strength of this community. Thank you for stepping up, showing up, and helping stamp out hunger in lower Fairfield County.
