Funds from Rock N’ Raise will support P2P’s work to assist families and individuals in lower Fairfield County as they move toward stability with healthy food, clothing, housing assistance, and a path to economic opportunity. Serving 28,000 people annually, P2P is providing more than twice the amount of food as before the pandemic – enough food to prepare more than 2.7M meals. P2P’s newly launched Financial Opportunity Center offers one-on-one coaching to help people reduce debt, improve credit, and access workforce training opportunities. Funds raised will directly support these programs that offer area residents the opportunity for a financially stable future.
