September is a month dedicated to all of us working together to help fight hunger in our community.
How will you take action?
It’s hard to believe that here in Fairfield County, one of the wealthiest areas in the nation, food insecurity not only exists, it’s been increasing over the last few years. In 2024 alone, we distributed 2.4 million meals to individuals and families through our food assistance program.
We need your help to provide healthy, nutritious foods for the people in need we serve every day.
When you support P2P’s food program you are fueling P2P’s extensive food assistance program, including our Darien food pantry, Norwalk food pantry, both Stamford mobile food pantries (P2P on Wheels), and our Door2Door home delivery program. Together, we will ensure that we are getting food where it needs to be.

Thank you!
P.S. If you’re curious about the color orange, orange is the official color of hunger awareness.
