Stamford, Conn. (September 8, 2025) – Person to Person (P2P) proudly announces the return of its signature spring event, the Rising Together Benefit, set for Saturday, March 28, 2026, at The Hyatt Regency Greenwich.

Following the success of the inaugural event, which raised a record-breaking $760,000, Rising Together has quickly become one of Fairfield County’s most powerful nights of community and collective impact.

“We are excited to celebrate the second annual Rising Together Benefit in the spring. Person to Person was founded on the belief that we can achieve more together,” said Nancy Coughlin, Chief Executive Officer, P2P. “Rising Together does just that, by bringing people together for a joyful and uplifting night that reminds us we each have the power to make a difference in our community.”

This year’s benefit will once again bring together supporters, neighbors and civic leaders for an unforgettable evening that fuels Person to Person’s mission to help families move from crisis to stability. The program reflects the mission and momentum of P2P’s work across Fairfield County.

Funds raised will directly support P2P’s wraparound services, including healthy food, clothing, housing assistance, scholarships and access to economic opportunity for more than 25,000 residents across lower Fairfield County.

This year’s headline act is a legendary ensemble whose distinctive blend of electro-funk and soul helped shape the sound of the ’80s and beyond. With a debut single that spent five consecutive weeks at #1 on the R&B charts, multiple gold-certified albums and a catalog of hits still sampled and celebrated today, their music has left an indelible mark on generations. In 2019, their career-spanning influence was honored with a Soul Train Legend Award, cementing their place in music history.

We’ll also be honoring an extraordinary couple whose journey from humble beginnings to national recognition reflects the very best of innovation and generosity. A force in tech, venture and community impact, their leadership continues to shape Connecticut’s future and inspire it.

“The Rising Together Benefit is more than a celebration—it’s a call to action,” said Nancy. “Our work is rooted in the moral mission to ensure every person has access to food, housing, dignity and opportunity. When we come together as a community, we don’t just raise funds—we raise the standard for what justice and compassion look like in Fairfield County.”

Event details, honoree announcements and ticket information will be shared in the coming months. For now, Person to Person invites the community to save the date and prepare to rise together once again.
