Jacqueline Hardware Glin has joined P2P as its new Deputy Chief Philanthropy and Strategy Officer.

Jacqueline is a mission-driven nonprofit leader with more than two decades of experience expanding economic opportunity and social equity for underserved communities. Her career has centered on strategic philanthropy, cross-sector partnerships, and resource mobilization that translate vision into measurable community impact.

“We are thrilled to welcome Jacqueline to the P2P leadership team,” said Nancy Coughlin, Chief Executive Officer. “Her global perspective, deep commitment to equity, and proven ability to build transformative partnerships will strengthen our ability to meet the needs of the communities we serve.”

Before joining Person-to-Person, Jacqueline served as Vice President for Global Partnerships at the Global Fund for Women, where she led philanthropic strategy and fundraising efforts in support of gender justice movements worldwide. She launched and oversaw a cross-functional Global Partnerships team that aligned fundraising strategies with program priorities and community needs, working closely with institutional donors, foundations, and cross-sector partners to deepen impact.

Earlier in her career, Jacqueline served as Senior Program Director at Creative Associates International, leading strategy and business development efforts that generated more than $25 million in funding — over half dedicated to social impact grants focused on women’s inclusion and youth employment. Her work has spanned more than 50 countries across Africa, the Caribbean, the Middle East, and North America, addressing complex development challenges in conflict-affected and underserved communities.

In her new role at Person-to-Person, Jacqueline brings her global experience home to Fairfield County, where she will guide philanthropic strategy, donor engagement, and partnership development to advance economic stability and expand access to opportunity for individuals and families.

Jacqueline holds a Master’s degree in International Business Management from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor of Science degree from Washington Adventist University. She is fluent in French and resides in Westport, Connecticut with her husband and three daughters.
