A warm coat offers comfort and protection—and one less worry for a family facing financial hardship. Join P2P’s annual Community Cares Coat Drive by donating winter essentials, volunteering, or hosting a collection. Together, we can help our neighbors welcome the colder months with warmth and care.
Donate Coats, Hats, and Gloves
We’re collecting new or gently used coats, hats, and gloves for all sizes and age groups. From a child’s outgrown jacket to an extra winter coat in your closet,
your donation can make a difference.
Now through November 3: Bring donations to the P2P Clothing Center at 1864 Post Road, Darien.
November 3 – 4th: Bring large coat donations to Shippan Landing, 232 Harbor Drive, Stamford – our giveaway location.
Want to extend your impact? Organize a coat collection at your school, church, workplace, or in your neighborhood. Invite friends, family, and colleagues to help keep our community warm.
Volunteer at the Coat Giveaway
Give your time to help P2P clients find winter essentials for themselves and their families. Volunteers are needed November 5-7th at Shippan Landing in Stamford to organize and display coats, assist shoppers, restock tables, bag items, and help with cleanup. Sign up at https://vhub.at/P2PCOATS
