Earlier this month, our Mentoring 4 Success participants gathered for a Lunch & Learn session facilitated by Executive and Career Coach, Kim Bealle. As part of a StrengthsFinder Workshop, students and mentors identified their unique strengths and talents and learned how to apply them, celebrate them, and how they can be used to enhance the mentoring partnership.⠀
Kevin Martinez, University of New Haven senior and Mentoring 4 Success participant, gave a presentation to the group about how he uses strengths to excel in school and stand out in job interviews.⠀⠀
