P2P’s ‘A Night Under the Stars’ is April 21, 2022 at The Rooftop at The Village in Stamford’s Harbor Point

Stamford, CT–Person to Person (P2P), a nonprofit provider of essential services for 28,000 residents annually throughout Fairfield County, announces its fundraising benefit ‘A Night Under the Stars’ to take place on Thursday, April 21, 2022, at The Rooftop at The Village in Stamford’s Harbor Point.

The event will feature a special spirits tasting, cocktails, hors d’oeuvres, dinner, music, and a live auction featuring a trip for two to an exclusive resort in Cabo San Lucas, a private dinner prepared by a Renowned Chef from Columbus Park, Two Tickets to Elton John at Met Life Stadium, and more. Funds raised from ‘A Night Under the Stars’ will support P2P’s vision of educated, financially-stable, and hunger-free homes for all.

P2P continues to provide food and emergency financial assistance in record numbers since the start of the pandemic, as well as college scholarships, mentorships, summer camperships and a host of programs to support area families. Through its work, P2P helps offset some of the economic circumstances that have placed people in a position of need, with the goal of helping them on a path toward economic stability. P2P wants the individuals it supports to thrive, not simply survive.

The Honorable Caroline Simmons, Mayor of Stamford is the event’s Honorary Chair. The event Co-chairs are Allison Gagliardi and Julianna Spain (pictured). Allison is owner and president of Stamford-based Troy Insurance and board member of P2P. A Stamford native, Allison is passionate about supporting the local community, in particular helping students and young families. Allison recently funded the P2P Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr Scholarship. Julianna is an active member of the Darien, Rowayton, and Norwalk communities. She has dedicated countless volunteer hours to support the well-being of youth and families. Julianna has served as co-president of the Newcomer’s Board of the YWCA of Darien/Norwalk and is currently on the board of The Depot Youth Center in Darien.
