Person to Person (P2P) is participating in the National Association of Letter Carriers Stamp Out Hunger (Postal) Food Drive on Saturday, May 14, 2022.
After a hiatus due to the pandemic, Stamp Out Hunger is back! All three P2P food pantries are partnering with local post offices to help re-stock the P2P pantries, making it easy for all residents in lower Fairfield County to participate.
Over the last year P2P’s food assistance program has provided enough groceries for more than TWO MILLION MEALS. We need the community’s support to fill our pantries and provide our neighbors with health, nutritious food.

Saturday, May 14, 2022
Person to Person will be collecting food for all three of its food pantries (Darien, Norwalk & Stamford) in partnership with the towns of Darien, Wilton, Norwalk, and Stamford. In Stamford, food donations will benefit the 90 member agencies of The Foodbank of Lower Fairfield County, of which P2P is one.
Download the flyer for the town closest to you to participate. Thank you!
3 Easy Ways to Donate:
- Leave your food donations by your mailbox on Saturday, May 14 by 9am. Your letter carrier and food drive volunteers will pick up and deliver your donation to P2P
- Drop off your food donation to your local P2P food pantry (see above for designated town information)
- Make a financial gift at p2pHelps.org/VFD
Event is rain or shine! If it rains, please put your bag inside a trash bag.
